Thankbox is a paid service. You may set up your card and start collecting messages for free. You then have to pay to send the Thankbox. Premium Thankboxes, which have even more customization options and increased money collection limits, cost extra.

You may pay for the cost of sending your Thankbox from the gift collection pot (if one has been enabled). While this isn't totally free to you, it does mean that the cost can be evenly split between everyone.

No problem! You can keep the card open to allow for late submissions even after sending the initial version to the recipient. This ensures everyone gets to share their goodbyes.
