Can I send a private message in a group Thankbox?

Yes, you can! While Thankbox is known for group messages where everyone can see the contributions, the Private Messages feature allows you to send a note that only the recipient can view. This is perfect for adding that personal touch or when the message is sensitive or meant for their eyes only.

Can I see all private messages as the Thankbox administrator?

Yes, if you’ve set up the Thankbox then you’ll be able to see all private messages. You retain full control of what ends up in the card. You can delete and edit inappropriate messages at any time.

Can I add an image or video to my private message?

You can add GIFs, photos & videos to your private message. Any media will be hidden to everyone except the recipient.

Can I make my message private after I’ve already written it?

You can edit your message at any time after writing it and until the Thankbox is sent. This includes marking it private or public.

Is there a limit to the number of messages in a Thankbox?

No. 

Shortest answer ever! There is also no limit to the number of words contributors can write in their messages. It means everyone who wants to contribute to a Thankbox can. They can express themselves without restriction.
