To make things even simpler and fairer we’ve added a great new feature. Your Thankbox can now be paid from the collection pot total!
It’s fairer for everyone. No single person has to cover the whole cost of the Thankbox - upfront or when sending. The organiser can organise, contributors can focus on their personal messages and chip in to the collection at the same time. The cost of the Thankbox is shared.
All that’s needed is the gift collection option to be selected and the gift pot total must cover the cost of the Thankbox - whether Classic or Premium. A lot fairer, simpler and efficient. It’s another small way a Thankbox helps make life a little better for everyone.

More control over your collection pots
Talking of small improvements that make a big difference. Customers can now choose whether everyone can contribute to a collection or it comes from a single donation.
Thankbox organisers can also choose whether the collection pot total is visible to everyone or just the organiser.
Why is this important?
Some organisations may want everyone to honour an employee for extraordinary contribution, a personal achievement or a work anniversary. However, they may decide to reward the employee without asking everyone to contribute. And organisations, or individual organisers, may wish to not make the collection total public.
Whatever the reason, it’s all possible with a Thankbox - online group cards that are easy to organise, manage and bring smiles to all.
