Gift Card can be availed only for the serviceable locations of Reliance Retail Limited which can be checked on www.urbanlader.com
Gift Card Issuer or Reliance Retail Limited will not be held responsible in any circumstances if gift card is applied for a delivery at an unserviceable location
Gift Cards issued will be valid for 365 Days from the date of activation
A maximum of 5 Gift Cards can be used in a single purchase
If a purchase exceeds the User’s Gift Card value, the remaining amount must be paid by the User.
Gift Cards cannot be transferred for value or redeemed for cash. Gift Cards cannot be refunded if lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission.
RRL reserves the right to withdraw, change/modify these Gift Cards Terms from time to time in its sole discretion and without prior notice to the user. It is the User’s responsibility in such cases, to review the Terms of these Gift Cards, from time to time.
These Gift Cards are considered as 'closed system pre-paid payment instruments' in terms of the Policy Guidelines on Issuance and Operation of Pre-Paid Payment Instruments in India issued by the Reserve Bank of India (“RBI”). These do not require approval or authorization by the RBI.
These Gift Cards and its Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai in case of any disputes.
