A Jollibee PHP virtual gift card is a convenient way to enjoy meals from a popular fast-food chain in the Philippines. Jollibee is known for its delicious and affordable menu items, including Chickenjoy, Jolly Spaghetti, and Yumburgers. With a Jollibee PHP virtual gift card, customers can easily purchase their favorite meals and treats online. It is an ideal option for satisfying cravings and sharing the joy of Jollibee with friends and family.

Terms of use
  • The eGift is valid for dine-in and take-out transactions all stores for Jollibee, Red Ribbon, Mang Inasal, Greenwich, Chowking, Yoshinoya, Panda Express, and Burger King.
  • For Greenwich, the eGift can be redeemed via delivery thru #55555 in select stores. Available from 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM from Monday to Sunday.
  • For Chowking, the eGift can be redeemed in selected stores in the meantime. Please check the list of selected stores here.
  • Each eGift has a unique code that corresponds to an amount or item. To use the eGift, the code must be given by the recipient to the store manager for validation.
  • The recipient must wait for the store manager to finish the validation process. The store manager will receive a validation response indicating the eGift amount and validity. The store manager will follow only what is indicated in the validation response.
  • In the event that the store's eGift validation system is offline or unavailable, the store manager shall politely decline to accept the eGift. The recipient may still use the eGift when the system is back online.
  • The recipient is responsible for the safekeeping of the eGift code. The recipient must only give this to the store manager once he/she commits to use it at the store.
  • The eGift may not be valid for use on certain promotional items/services and it cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • The eGift is for one-time use only. If the total value of eGift is not used up, there will be no cash change given. If the purchase goes beyond the eGift amount, the recipient is to pay for the difference.
  • Maximum of five eGift codes may be used per transaction but the recipient can have multiple transactions per day.
  • The eGift may not be used in conjunction with Happy Plus for Jollibee, Red Ribbon, Mang Inasal, Greenwich, and Chowking.
  • Notice: During the redemption, stores will get eGift code only and will NOT collect any information from customers. Protect your personal information.

How are digital gift cards delivered?

When the Thankbox is sent the recipient receives a unique and secure link to redeem their gift. They choose their currency, retailer online gift card of choice or prepaid Visa, Mastercard or PayPal transfer option, and are then sent the virtual digital gift card, individual e-voucher or transfer instructions to their Inbox.

How does the recipient spend their digital gift voucher?

Once the recipient has chosen their currency, retailer online gift card of choice or prepaid Visa, Mastercard or PayPal transfer option they can then go shopping. Ensuring to select any ‘pay by online gift voucher’ or similar option at checkout.

Many stores will also allow any virtual gift card to be used for more than one transaction, up to the gift card collection total amount. Split payments between virtual gift cards and credit cards are also common with many retailers, as are payments in physical stores, John Lewis being a good example.

Does adding to an online gift card collection have any fees?

We add a small fee to each gift contribution to cover our payment processing & fraud check costs.

This amount varies depending on the currency you are collecting in:
🇬🇧 GBP collections are charged at 1.1% + £0.17. e.g. contributing £10 means you'll pay £10.28
🇪🇺 EUR collections are charged at 2.5% + €0.17. e.g. contributing €10 means you'll pay €10.42
🇺🇸 USD collections are charged at 2.9% + $0.19. e.g. contributing $10 means you'll pay $10.48

The fee is always clearly and explicitly stated whenever someone leaves a contribution.

To minimise fees when making multiple contributions you can top up your gifting wallet once and use it for multiple Thankboxes.

Are payment details handled safely?

Thankbox uses Stripe as our payment provider. They are the gold standard for internet payments, used by companies such as Airbnb, Lyft and Booking.com. They handle all of the payment details, including security. 

All collected digital gift card funds are stored in a dedicated secure bank account with restricted access.

Can I pay for my Thankbox from the collection pot?

100% you can!

It's a great way to split the cost of sending the Thankbox between all the contributors. Just pick the Pay from your gift collection balance option when checking out.
