1. Berlaku hanya untuk makan di tempat dan mengambil makanan dan minuman di Gerai Djournal Coffee dan/atau cabang terkait jika berlaku; 2. E-voucher ini berlaku untuk satu kali transaksi dan harus ditukarkan pada atau sebelum Tanggal Kedaluwarsa; 3. E-voucher tidak dapat ditukar dengan atau dengan uang tunai atau produk; 4. Jumlah yang tersisa atau tidak terpakai dalam e-voucher yang ditukarkan tidak dapat ditukar dengan uang tunai, produk, atau e-voucher lain dan e-voucher tersebut akan hangus secara otomatis; 5. Jika total biaya barang yang ingin Anda beli melebihi nilai e-voucher, Anda dapat membayar selisih harga/kekurangan yang tersisa dengan bentuk pembayaran lain; 6. Kami tidak akan memberikan kompensasi kepada pemegang e-voucher jika Vouchernya hilang, rusak, atau dicuri; Semua e-voucher yang dikeluarkan bersifat final dan tidak dapat dikembalikan; 7. Outlet Djournal Coffee berhak untuk membatalkan e-voucher yang diterbitkan, menutup akun pengguna, dan/atau meminta bentuk pembayaran alternatif jika kami memiliki kecurigaan dengan alasan yang wajar bahwa e-voucher tersebut diperoleh atau ditukarkan secara curang; Dan 8. E-voucher ini tidak berlaku untuk outlet franchise (semua Brand Ismaya di Terminal 3 Soekarno - Hatta, Pizza e Birra Makassar, Tokyo Belly & The People’s Cafe Balikpapan) 1. Valid only for dine-in and take away of food and beverages items at the Djournal Coffee Outlets and/or the outlet’s associated branches where applicable; 2. This e-voucher is valid for a single transaction and must be redeemed on or before the Expiry Date; 3. E-vouchers cannot be exchanged with or for cash or products; 4. Any remaining or unused amount in the redeemed e-voucher is not exchangeable with cash, product, or another e-voucher and the said e-voucher will be automatically forfeited; 5. If the total cost of the item(s) you wish to purchase exceeds the value of the e-voucher, you can pay the price gap/the remaining shortage with another form of payment; 6. We shall not compensate the e-voucher holder if its e-voucher is lost, damaged, or stolen; All issued e-vouchers are final and non-refundable; 7. Djournal Coffee reserves the right to cancel the issued e-voucher, close the user accounts, and/or request for an alternative form of payment if we have suspicion with reasonable cause that the said e-voucher is fraudulently obtained or redeemed; and 8. This e-voucher is invalid to the franchise outlets (all Ismaya Brands in Terminal 3 Soekarno - Hatta, Pizza e Birra Makassar, Tokyo Belly & The People’s Cafe Balikpapan)
