Can we include gifts with our group card?

Of course! We pride ourselves on the wide variety of gift options available, including: 
  • Collection pots can be redeedmed for digital gift vouchers. 
  • Flowers, gift hampers and wine deliveries can be purchased by the Thankbox owner using funds from the collection pot. This feature is currently limited to the UK.

For teams that send a higher volume of Thankboxes, we also have a unified gift balance feature. Simply top up once and the funds will be available in your Thankbox account. You can then add money from your balance to any Thankbox that you set up.

What occasions can I use Thankbox for?

Thankbox is versatile and can be used for a wide range of occasions, including farewells, birthdays, anniversaries, retirements, and more. It's designed to make every celebration special, no matter the event.

You can send a Thankbox for any occasion where you would usually send a physical greetings card.

Can I schedule a Thankbox to be sent at a later date?

Yes, you can schedule your Thankbox to be delivered at a specific date and time. This feature ensures that the recipient receives their card at the perfect moment.

Simply set your desired delivery time when finalising your Thankbox.

Pro tip! You can also send your Thankbox immediately! This is ideal if you need to send a last minute card. Because Thankboxes are entirely digital, your card will be with the recipient instantly.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery is instant (unless you have scheduled your Thankbox for delivery at a later date). 

This is perfect for spontaneous celebrations or for events that you have forgotten (it happens to the best of us!). 

Thankbox is one of the only services that can 100% guarantee that your card will reach the recipient the same day! 

Are there options for private messages within a group card?

Absolutely. Contributors can mark their messages as private, ensuring only the recipient can view them. This is ideal for sharing personal sentiments within a group setting.

What about very small groups or sending from one person to another? Can Thankbox be used for that?

It sure can! This is why we developed our card layout. We wanted to give the best experience possible, regardless of the amount of people the Thankbox is from.

When sending a Thankbox 1-to-1, be sure to select the card layout. 

The card layout also works well for small groups of up to 20.
